On-Target Performance Bonus: $500,000 JMD (split quarterly)

We are currently seeking a motivated individual with superb technology skills to join us as a Digital Media Content Specialist. From planning and editing new full-length video content for our YouTube channel to helping us tidy up our website, this role is versatile and comes with unique challenges and exciting opportunities.
Professional Requirements:
- Video Editing Software experience (Premiere Pro ideal, but any software experience ok)
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, chroma key, color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for creating visually stunning content.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Aware of industry trends, emerging video editing techniques, and new features in Premiere Pro to continuously improve video production quality
Optional Bonus Competencies:
- Understanding of American culture
- Digital or Media certifications and/or education
- Knowledge of SEO methodologies
- WordPress experience
Sample Job Duties:
- Storyboarding, Planning, Executing & Editing media content via Premiere Pro
- Assisting with videography & studio filming
- Curation of short-form social media content
- Assisting office with basic technology needs
- Basic website editing
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) analysis
- Blog planning & creation
